The Meat & Wine Co is situated in the heart of Mayfair, making it an excellent location and choice for your venue hire in London. 

We offer a private dining room that seats a maximum of 8 to 10 guests, which you can hire as a private meeting room or as a private function room for your event. 

We also have a number of dining areas that can seat groups of four to 12 guests, and areas that can be zoned off for more privacy. Overall, there’s space for 122 guests across the entire restaurant, offering a variety of venue hire options for your xmas event. 

All of this is located within short walking distance of Green Park and Hyde Park Corner stations, so your guests can easily make their way to and from your Christmas function. 

Festive season set menus

To help your Christmas event run smoothly, our talented chefs have created a number of set menus for large scale parties of more than 10 people.

This includes a lunch menu that will be available from Monday to Thursday every week from noon until 4pm. You can opt for a two-course (£39 per person) or a three-course (£46 per person) meal, and enjoy a glass of house wine, beer, or soft drink with the dining experience. 

For an exquisite dinner, we offer two set menus to cater to your preferences, as well as two options for beverage packages for drinks receptions and dinners. 

Finally, for those hosting corporate events, talk to our team about personalising your Christmas set menu. We can add a company logo, image, or message at no extra cost. 

Hosting your Christmas event at The Meat & Wine Co

The festive season is one of great joy and getting together, but we also know that it can be difficult organising crowds of people. Help us help you ensure everything runs smoothly by browsing our terms and conditions before you book. 

For example, for group bookings we take a £200 deposit to secure your reservation, and this deposit will come off your final bill on the day. 

We also ask that you confirm your final number of guests within 24 hours of the confirmed time. This will ensure we can set up and prepare for your group and have everything on hand to make your Christmas event run smoothly. 

We also ask that all guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your seating time so we can get your orders through to the kitchen and serve you and other guests in a timely manner.
